Scamming, phishing and other similar type of behavior discourages people from carrying out their activities and this ultimately diminishes the value of the global use of our product. Our rules are to ensure all people can participate in the activities of our site freely and safely.

The set of rules implemented for the free use of swiftrole are as mentioned below and these rules must be obeyed by everyone as far as you make use of our product and any of its affiliate; .

What you should know.

For the effective use of our products you should know that;

  4. none of our products must be used for scamming, phishing or other illegal purposes as we have the right to suspend businesses in such acts temporarily or permanently and also report them to the appropriate authorities for other legal actions.
  5. if a business gets reported by users such businesses are automatically under investigations to determine necessary actions to take afterwards.
  6. the tasks you post on swiftrole must not involve the spread or promote any kind of hate speech, nudity or other unlawful and discriminating content, else the tasks will be rejected.
  7. no business is allowed to sell or advertise nudes or other explicit contents to our users. If such occurs the use of our products by such businesses are permanently terminated.
  8. no business is allowed to sell or advertise weapons or promote its agencies and also promote hate speech or other harmful and illegal materials to our users. If such occurs the use of our products by such businesses are permanently terminated.
  9. all users and businesses must obey our notifications and rules guiding the use of our products or face penalties attached to the disobedience of such.
Becoming part of us.

You represent and warrant that you:

  1. will use our services solely for business, commercial, and authorized purposes, and not for personal use;
  2. will only provide registration information associated with your business;
  3. are authorized to enter into these community guidelines and are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country of residence); and
  4. have not been previously suspended or banned from using our product and its affiliate, or engaged in any activity that could result in suspension or removal.
Registration, Account and Activation.

Businesses must create an account with us by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including its valid legal business phone number, Company name, and other information we require. Businesses will keep its business account information updated. Business name must not:

  1. be false, misleading, deceptive, or defamatory;
  2. parody a third party or include character symbols, excessive punctuation, or trademark designations; or
  3. infringe any trademark, violate any right of publicity, or otherwise violate anyone’s rights. We reserve the right to reclaim account names on behalf of any business or individual that holds legal claim in those names.

Businesses must undergo the verification process which requires them to submit an identity before becoming activated to start running as a full legal business on swiftrole.

The identity information provided for this process must be;

  1. a recognized document by the country or by the platform;
  2. containing matching details as in all given texts and images;
  3. a clear image and not contain any editing or manipulation of any kind;
  4. a document part of the requested documents by us.
Communication between us.

As with your relationship with us, you permit Swiftrole to use your information to send you electronic communications (such as messages, emails, and phone calls via Swiftrole or otherwise) from us or our third-party providers, including:

  1. notices about your account, password changes, payment authorizations, and other transactional information; and
  2. information about products, services, surveys, events, news, and promotions offered by Swiftrole or our affiliates where permitted by applicable law. Fees and Taxes.

You are responsible for all carrier data plans, Internet fees, and other fees and taxes associated with your use of our products.

We may allow businesses to access, use, or interact with websites, apps, content, and other products and services that are not provided by Swiftrole. For example, businesses may choose to use WhatsApp as their mode of contact. Please note that when businesses use these other services, their own terms and privacy policies will govern businesses use of those services. Swiftrole will not be responsible or liable for your use of those services, the third-party’s terms, or any actions you take under the third-party’s terms.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations.

You may only use our products if you have ensured that your use of our products complies with all legal and regulatory requirements; it is your sole responsibility to determine your legal obligations.

Our products are not intended for intracorporate usage. We make no representations or warranties that our products meet the needs of entities regulated by laws and regulations with heightened confidentiality requirements for personal data, such as healthcare, financial, or legal services entities. Businesses must provide all necessary data disclosures and notices (such as maintaining a privacy policy).

Swiftrole is not liable for any acts or omissions by Company that breach any applicable laws. Swiftrole users may report or notify us that any Business is otherwise violating our terms and policies. Swiftrole will then take appropriate action, which could result in business account suspending or terminating business use of our Services.

Responsibilities for security.

Businesses may only allow authorized individuals acting on behalf of them to access and use its business account for purposes authorized under these community guidelines. Business is responsible for all activities occurring under its account. Business must:

  1. maintain the security of its account credentials;
  2. keep its devices and account safe and secure;
  3. prevent unauthorized use of or access to our products; and
  4. immediately notify us if they discover or suspect any security breaches related to our products or if they discover or suspect any such unauthorized access or use. Businesses will implement and follow generally recognized industry standards and best practices for data and information security to protect their data, network, and systems from unauthorized access, use, or copying.
Acceptable Use:

Business will not (nor assist others to) violate any applicable law, contract, intellectual property, or other third-party right, and business is solely responsible for its conduct while using our products. Businesses must not directly, indirectly, or through automated or other means:

  1. use our products for personal, family, or household purposes;
  2. engage in any harassing, threatening, intimidating, predatory, or stalking conduct;
  3. use or attempt to use another user’s account without prior authorization from that user and Swiftrole;
  4. impersonate or register on behalf of any person or entity or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity, perpetrate fraud, or publish falsehoods or misleading statements;
  5. collect information of or about other users in any impermissible or unauthorized manner;
  6. use our products other than for their intended purpose or interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users;
  7. damage, disable, overburden, or impair our products;
  8. send, distribute, or post spam, unsolicited electronic communications, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or illegal or impermissible communications;
    (a) post, upload, or share any content which is unlawful, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, suggestive, harassing, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, fraudulent, or is in our sole judgment objectionable;
    (b) encourage or provide instructions for a criminal offense;
    (c) distribute any viruses, corrupted data, or other harmful, disruptive, or destructive files or content;
    (d) bypass, ignore, or circumvent instructions in our robots.txt file or any measures we employ to prevent or limit access to any part of our products, including content-filtering techniques; or
    (e) expose Swiftrole or its affiliate to any type of harm or liability.
Enforcement.

Although we have no obligation to screen or monitor business content, we may review, remove, or delete business content posted and shared by you at any time and at our discretion, such as in cases where other users notify us that business content violates these community guidelines. If we disable or terminate business account for a violation of these community guidelines, Business will not create another swiftrole business account without our express written permission.

Complaints.

You can submit a complaint to us at support@swiftrole.com or our contact page regarding the following: technical or technological issues, customer service issues, suspension and termination of your account or Services, or any alleged breach of these guidelines. We will acknowledge all complaints and follow-up with you to address your complaint within a reasonable timeframe. We will communicate the outcome of our complaint investigation to you if you have provided us with your valid email address.

Legal Disclosures and Third-Party Requests.

You agree that swiftrole may share your information, including business Content, if we have belief that it is reasonably necessary to:

  1. respond pursuant to applicable law or regulations, legal processes, or government requests;
  2. enforce these community guidelines and any other applicable terms and policies, including for investigations of potential violations;
  3. detect, investigate, prevent, and address fraud and other illegal activity, or security or technical issues; or
  4. protect the rights, property, and safety of our users, Swiftrole, and it's affiliate, or others.

Swiftrole will keep updating this community guideline as need for it arises.
